Green Brick Projects was created by four highly experienced, construction industry professionals with an emphasis on being customer service. The main aim was to provide a unique customer experience, the type they all felt is missing in many other local businesses. This is the motivation that continues to drive the team to keep improving their range of services, and customer integration; into project enjoyment rather than an expensive and stressful exercise.
Our belief is the customer should have the freedom to enjoy their project and be aware when decisions are necessary to remain practical. Timeframes are open and discussed with notice, to allow time to make each and every important decision with as much help and advice as necessary to create your dream project.
The creation is a business that allows you to be inspired and feel part of a building team that encourages a challenge to what is achievable, to a budget and in the correct timeframe.

Our experience of managing expectations and a desire to create what the customer wants is what sets Green Brick Projects apart.
Our committed and professional Electrical, Plumbing and Groundworks divisions operate as separate service companies within Green Brick Projects, and when called upon, assist the building division to create a seamless project, with little or no requirement for outside contractors.
Our work will be on show for centuries. This knowledge alone is enough to inspire us to be better and support our customers in achieving a better project to their budget at the highest quality, for us to be proud of for for centuries to come.
